Welcome to our consultation website for this site off Breach Avenue in Southbourne – our site is outlined in red, with the neighbouring approved site outlined in green. We want to introduce ourselves as the new owners and consult with you on our emerging Reserved Matters proposals.
As you will likely be aware outline planning permission was granted for the site in October 2019, with the principle of development on the site being robustly considered and established at both Inspectorate and High Court level over the past few years. This means that it is now time for us as the new owners to prepare and submit a reserved matters planning application to Chichester District Council providing details on the mix of homes, their appearance and how they will fit into the local setting of the site.
As a housebuilder and social landlord, Radian is committed to listening to the voice of the communities that we work and build in. We recognise that only by investing in communities can we create sustainable and successful neighbourhoods.
Listening to the voice of our local communities and those who will live in our homes means that we are committed to consultation. We want to hear your feedback on our emerging proposals for 34 homes so that the Reserved Matters application that we submit provides an appropriate design and best answers any concerns you may have.
Your views are important to us. You can find out about our proposals by viewing the plans on this website or reading our consultation newsletter (sent to neighbouring properties). If you have any questions or wish to speak to the project team directly, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
We would be grateful if you could complete our online feedback form and let us know your thoughts. Alternatively, you can complete the form on the reverse of our newsletter or call our Freephone Community Information Line 0800 294 1304 where our team will be happy to help answer any questions you may have and take down your verbal feedback.
We thank you for taking the time to consider our proposals and look forward to hearing from you.
